Shipping Services

We use USPS Priority mail and UPS for Domestic orders.  Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 days of your order being placed.  Your order will arrive in a plain brown package with a return address from “SGS LLC” and a packing slip inside and no indication of the contents, so discretion is not a concern.  We do ship internationally.  Orders will be via USPS or UPS.  Please contact us at info@sexygirlstuff.com for a shipping quote.

Info for International Customers

Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and-or allowable items. Sexy Girl Stuff is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Info for Military Personnel

Orders are shipped via US Mail to all military addresses per military regulations.
***Priority US Mail Shipping. Delivery is generally 1-3 weeks.
We cannot ship via UPS.

Mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. Please refer to the APO/FPO table and the RESTRICTIONS at the URL:

Sharing of Information

We do not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities. In fact, we will NEVER rent, sell or otherwise give your name to any other company or individual.

Security

We utilize industry standard SSL encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process. In addition, we utilize the same encryption standard when transferring your credit card data to our internal fulfillment system. To further enhance our security measures, our fulfillment system is not accessible via the Internet.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.

Important Note: The Fair Credit Billing Act does not cover liability for automatic debit cards or check cards. At Xandria.com, we recommend using a credit card rather than a debit or check card when purchasing products online.

Returns

At SexyGirlStuff.com, we guarantee that all the products we sell are of the highest quality. It is our goal to make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with his or her purchase. Due to health regulations and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. Therefore all sales are final. We do know that sometimes returns are unavoidable due to defective items. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only for 30 days after purchase with original packaging. In the case of an item being defective and not in stock at the time of your return, it will be replaced with a item of equal or greater value.
 If you must return an item, we want to make sure an exchange or credit is just as pleasurable as the initial purchase. All Returns require a Return Authorization Number to be issued FIRST. Please be sure to contact us at sales@sexygirlstuff.com  to insure that your return is acceptable and does not end up being refused and returned back to you.
Once your request is received we will reply back to you with approval or denial. If approved, a Return Authorization Number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. In the case of it not being an approved return, we will reply with a specific explanation of why the return request was denied.
Returns up to 30 Days (defective items): Up to 30 days, you may return any item that has defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace the item with the same. If the original item is not in stock or is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or greater value.  SexyGirlStuff.com   is not responsible for refunds or replacements of order shipments that have been delivered and confirmed by the carrier used. If you have not received your package, please contact us and we will confirm its status. If you do not receive a package that is confirmed, we ask that you contact your carrier. If the tracking can not be confirmed we will duplicate the order at our expense and at our discretion. In the event of an undeliverable shipment due to customer error, SexyGirlStuff.com  will resend the package and all additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event a package can not be resent, the order will be cancelled and a restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from your credit along with all shipping charges.
